Description -
These unique Serpentine beads feature bold and bright colors on an opaque mottled base. These are not heavy stones, and they have a slight talc-y feel which contributes to their semi-matte finish. At the time of purchase, we were told these beads were Spiderstone, however we believe it is Serpentine (and classify it as such) that has been stabilized and dyed. It came from East Asia and is available in many fun colors, shapes and sizes. These beads were rediscovered in our inventory and are at least 10 years old, making them vintage stock that you won't find anywhere else!

These beads measure 20mm long by 15mm wide by 5mm thick. The center-drilled holes measure about .5mm to 1mm. The strand measures about 7.5" inches long and there are approximately 10 beads on a strand.
