Dry Gulch Bead Retreat 2026

Join us for an incredible workshop on Electroforming with guest teacher Kristin Peterson!  Working with Moss Agate or Amethyst stones, Kristin will show us how to collage   unique components together followed by working with a chemical bath and solid   copper to create incredible organic pendants!    This 2-Day Workshop includes your choice of kits to create your own Electroformed   pendant and necklace.  We'll be playing with organic material like leaves and twigs,   plus stampings and more!  We'll also have a few bonus projects during the   Electroforming Workshop - we'll be playing with copper wire and more!  Kristin Peterson has been creating with Electroforming for many years in Joplin, MO   and her work is extraordinary!  She has taught many classes for Dry Gulch Beads &   Jewelry, and we are so excited to host her for our first Electroforming Workshop!  Visit Kristin's Laboratory socials on Facebook and Instragram!

• Dates: Friday & Saturday May 15th & 16th, 2025 - 10am-5pm Friday, 10am-5pm Saturday

• Pricing: Pricing is $250 per person which includes meals, classes and kits.  Pricing does NOT include hotel, car rental or other travel expenses.  A deposit of $100 is required to hold your space.

• Venue:  Our venue accepts 20 adventurous beaders.  Please sign up and secure your spot as spaces fill up fast. 

• Dry Gulch Address: We are located in the beautiful Missouri Ozarks in Anderson, MO.  We will send the exact address to our warehouse in a private text message to our Retreat Students - please call us at 417-628-2828 so we can exchange text numbers.

• Details: No smoking or alcohol allowed.  Water, tea and coffee always at hand.  Our warehouse is NOT wheel-chair accessible at this time.

• Tools: Please feel free to bring your own jewelry tools and beading lights!  We do have extra tools on hand to use and to purchase, and we will provide for all students for the classes.

• Travel Accommodations: Nearby (40 mins south from Dry Gulch Beads & Jewelry): XNA National Airport in Bentonville, AR is the best flight option.  There are also several AirBnB options in the surrounding cities of Jane, MO, Bella Vista, AR and Neosho, MO.
