Minimum Order - We do not have a minimum order. We understand if you need only one small bag of beads or even just one strand of beads.
Quantity Volume Discounts - Discounts do not apply to shipping and handling or sales tax. Quantity discounts are automatically reflected in the Shopping Cart when you reach the appropriate discount level. For orders from $100 to $199, the Cart will show 10% off your order. For orders from $200 to $299, the Cart will show 20% off your order. For orders $300 and over, the Cart will show 25% off your order. (Quantity Volume Discounts are not valid or combinable with any currently running sales.)
Wholesale Policy - We offer a Quantity Volume Discount structure for our Dry Gulch customers. Check Quantity Volume Discounts above for more info.
Tax Exemption - If you have Tax Exemption status in the State of Missouri, email us a copy of your Resale Sales License and we will set your Dry Gulch account to Tax Exemption status which will reflect in your Cart.
Service Policy - We ship packages every day we are open. Keep in mind, we are closed on Saturday and Sunday so weekend orders will ship the next business day. We strive to ship every order complete. If we do not expect to have a particular item again, we will let you know. We appreciate your business!
Shipping Policy - We ship via USPS mail. You may choose from First Class or Priority mail. In the US, First Class rates start at $5.00. Priority rates start at $10.00. Orders shipping to anywhere in the US and that are $150.00 and up will ship Priority USPS for FREE! Please see the shopping cart for fees. We do ship every package with tracking and delivery confirmation. We do not ship COD. International rates are shown in the shopping cart and must be paid via PayPal.
Payment Methods - We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express and we do not bill your credit card until just prior to shipping. We also accept PayPal payments. Please note that if you choose to pay with a PayPal e-check, your order will ship when your check clears, usually 3 to 4 days. PayPal account or credit card payment orders will ship right away. International orders MUST be paid via PayPal.
Sales Tax - If your shipping address is in Missouri, we will charge 7.725% in sales tax.
Returns - We DO NOT accept returns. If there is a problem with your order, you MUST call or e-mail customer service.

Other - Many of the beads and findings available on our website are handmade or hand painted. Please allow for variations from the making process as well as availability.
