Our boho steer skull charms are perfect for southwestern inspired earrings! We've hand painted each of these charms in our studio in ivory, turquoise and a tough of gold. They were then sealed with clear varnish to look like enameled charms. They would be lovely as a small pendant on a plain chain, but they're light enough for a truly one of a kind pair of earrings. This listing is for a set of 2 charms.
These charms have been painted by the Dry Gulch gals in our studio in the Ozarks area of Missouri. Adding life to handmade jewelry by painting plain metal components is one of our favorite things to do. Our hand painted pendants and components can take up to to 2 days to complete in our studio!
These charms are made of an antique silver plated base metal alloy and have been hand painted with metal-specific paints and patinas. No two charms are ever exactly alike because of their hand painted nature. The back side has not been painted. These charms have been distressed and sealed with glossy varnish. The sealer protects the color and imparts an enameled effect.
These charms are small and lightweight, they are approximately 46x30mm, or 1-3/4" inches long by 1-1/4" inches tall. The top loop has an inside diameter of 4.5mm. The photos in this listing include a ruler so you can see the size of these charms. All photos have been taken outdoors in sunlight, but as always, computer and mobile screens display colors differently.
