We are so excited to introduce our new Cowboy Steer pendants! These Southwestern inspired components feature amazing details like a realistic cow with a cowboy hat, a rose and bandana. We've hand painted each of these pendants in our studio which makes them truly unique OOAK pieces. These pendants have been painted by the Dry Gulch gals in our studio in the Ozarks area of Missouri. Adding life to handmade jewelry by painting plain metal components is one of our favorite things to do. Our hand painted pendants and components can take up to to 2 days to complete in our studio!
These pendants are made of an antique silver plated base metal alloy and have been hand painted with metal-specific paints and patinas. No two pendants are ever exactly alike because of their hand painted nature. The back side has not been painted, though there may be a little residue from the painting process. These components have been gently distressed for an Old World chipped look and then sealed with glossy resin. The resin protects the color and imparts an enameled effect.
These pendants are large statement pieces, they are approximately 2.5" inches long by 2.25" inches wide, or 64x56mm. The photos in this listing include a ruler so you can see the size of these pendants. The loop on top has an inside diameter of 3.5mm. All photos have been taken outdoors in sunlight, but as always, computer and mobile screens display colors differently.
