• Dates: Friday & Saturday May 15th & 16th, 2025 - 10am-5pm Friday, 10am-5pm Saturday

• Venue:  Our venue accepts 20 adventurous beaders.  Please sign up and secure your spot as spaces fill up fast.  Pricing is $200 per person which includes meals, classes and kits.  Pricing does NOT include hotel, car rental or other travel expenses.

• Tools: Please bring your own jewelry tools and beading lights!  We do have extra tools on hand, and we will provide for all students to use our metal doming and forging for the classes.

• Details: No smoking or alcohol allowed.  Water, tea and coffee always at hand.  Our warehouse is NOT wheel-chair accessible at this time.

• Travel Accommodations: Nearby (40 mins south from Dry Gulch Beads & Jewelry): XNA National Airport in Bentonville, AR - Recommended Hotels: La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Bentonville (1001 SE Walton Blvd, Bentonville, AR 72712) and SpringHill Suites Bentonville by Marriott (2304 SE Walton Blvd, Bentonville, AR 72712).  There are also several AirBnB options in the surrounding cities of Jane, MO, Bella Vista, AR and Neosho, MO.

• How To Sign Up: Purchase your Spot Below OR Call Dry Gulch at 417-628-2828 to sign up over the phone. A deposit of $100 is required to hold your spot with final payment due September 15th.  No REFUNDS but we will work with you in case of emergency, just Contact Us.
