Tektite is a natural stone that is created when asteroids/comets strike the Earth; rocks are melted down instantly from the energy and thrown into the atmosphere, as this molten material rains back down around the asteroid impact, it cools into hard glass stones that we call Tektites.
These Tektite stones are from Southeast Asia and have an olive brown color when bright light is shown behind them. These beads have been cut, polished and drilled into their current shapes.
